Nautics in Biograd na Moru
Marina Kornati
The marina hosts more than 40 regattas and 30 flotillas each year, attracting up to 10,000 sailors. This has earned Biograd a reputation as one of the region’s most important nautical and sporting centers.
Biograd na Moru is considered the cradle of nautical tourism in Croatia and remains a vibrant hub for sailors to this day. Right on the coast lies Marina Kornati, one of the largest marinas in Northern Dalmatia. With more than 800 berths for boats up to 23 meters in length, it offers ideal conditions for water sports enthusiasts and is the perfect starting point for cruises to the nearby Kornati Islands. Here, modern infrastructure meets maritime flair and the unique atmosphere of a town shaped by the sea.
